Legal notices and service

Formal legal notices to the Company, including contractual notices, statutory notices, and claims, should be sent in writing to [email protected] and by mail or courier to our mailing address at Unit 216, 7928 128th Street, Surrey, BC V3W 4E8, Canada, marked to the attention of the Director. Service of court documents on the Company must be effected in accordance with British Columbia law. Email alone does not constitute service of court process unless the law or a court permits it. A notice is effective when actually received. Notices from us to you are sent to the email address on your account, which you should keep current.

Response times

We reply as promptly as a small team can. Two commitments are fixed because the law fixes them: privacy requests are answered within 30 days, and unsubscribe requests take effect within 10 business days at the latest.
